Delivery and Returns
Delivery is FREE (yeah, you heard that right).
We ship to: Australia, Canada, Europe, Ireland, Singapore, United Kingdom, and United States of America
Please be aware that items will take between 2-3 weeks for delivery due to our worldwide shipping. If you require any further details about an item or you would like to know a more specific delivery time, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Orders will be processed approx. 1-5 business days after the order has gone through. Note that items may be sent separately to ensure the items are sent as swiftly as possible. You will receive an email confirmation with a parcel tracking number once they are ready to be sent out via shipping.
In some instances, if orders aren't collected or need to be returned to sender due to insufficient or incorrect information, the responsibility lies outside of Bubble. Though very rare, on occasion import taxes might be charged. This is the responsibility of the customer to pay.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Bubble. Home offers refunds or exchanges for change of mind within 14 days of the recipient receiving their item.
All pieces are quality checked prior to dispatch. A return for any faults will be applicable if you notify Bubble. Home of any fault within 5 days of receiving your order.
How to make a return
- email@example.com to request your return within 14 days of receiving your order
- Please put the subject line as - Bubble. Home return ‘your order number’
- In the email include your customer order number, (if faulty) photos which identify the product fault and a description of the issue)
- Your return request will be responded to by a member of our team within 2 days
- Return postage is paid by the customer
- Once your return is received, we will notify you by email. Please allow an additional 3 days for your refund to appear in your account
